We never sell your birth details. This page lists everything Teaselhollow keeps when you draw your chart, why we keep it, and for how long.

What we keep
Your bodygraph and type are free with no email. Here is each thing we store, in the order you meet it on the page.
Your birth date, time and place, and the chart worked out from them
- Why
- To draw your chart, and to open the same chart again from your profile link. If you tick “I don't know my birth time”, we note that too, so we can mark what might change.
- How long
- Until you ask us to delete it.
Your email address
- Why
- To open your full profile, to send you a private link back to it, and to let you log in without a password.
- How long
- Until you ask us to delete it.
Which version of the page you saw, and the ad campaign that brought you, if any
- Why
- Stored with your email, so we can see which pages and ads help people make sense of their chart.
- How long
- Deleted together with your email.
A scrambled form of your network address, with the date and how many charts were drawn
- Why
- To keep to one free chart a day. The scrambling only works one way, so it can't be turned back into your address. If you came from a Google ad, the ad's click ID is stored here too.
- How long
- Kept as a daily tally. Your actual network address is never stored.
Which pages you view and which steps you take, like pressing Show my chart
- Why
- To find where the page is confusing and fix it. These records can include your chart type, such as Generator, but never your birth details or your email.
- How long
- Kept in our analytics account at PostHog.
What we never do
- We never sell your birth details, your email or your chart, to anyone.
- We never share your birth details with advertisers.
- We never send newsletters, reminders or marketing email.
- We never ask for a password or a card.
The one email we send
We send one kind of email: a private link back to your profile. It goes out when you open your full profile with your email, and again whenever you ask for one on the Log in page. The link signs you in without a password. Nothing else is sent to your inbox.
Who helps us run Teaselhollow
Four companies handle part of the work. Each one handles only what its job needs.
- Vercel
- Hosts the site.
- Supabase
- Stores your chart and email, and runs the passwordless sign-in.
- Resend
- Delivers the email with your profile link.
- PostHog
- Records the page views and steps described above.
Town search runs on our own server from a built-in list of places, so the town you type isn't sent to a map company.
Your choices
- Delete your details. Reply to the email with your profile link and ask. We'll delete your chart, your email and your sign-in, and reply to confirm.
- Skip the email. Your bodygraph, your type and the first part of your explanation never need an email.
- Block analytics. If your browser blocks trackers, your chart still works the same.
- Children. Teaselhollow isn't meant for anyone under 13, and we don't knowingly keep their details.
Changes to this page
If what we keep changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top before it happens. What you can expect from the chart itself is in the Terms.
